What I wish was different
Personally, I wish I had taken more time to accumulate relevant background knowledge. Prior to this experience, I had not been exposed to topics including steam, heat transfer, and HVAC. Thankfully, everyone at ThermalTech is willing to take the time and explain any points of uncertainty.
