What I liked

The Joffrey Academy is very inclusive and really wants the best for their students, interns, and full time employees. It was a fun, professional learning environment where I was trusted with more than just the "typical" intern tasks and I was a part of managing the summer intensive programs as well as helping organize and market for the upcoming audition tour.

What I liked

I enjoyed how the group session interview prepared me for what was being asked of me. The environment was very friendly and supportive from supervisors and artistic directors. I was introduced to a numerous amount of platforms to channel professional work and marketing for the company.

What I wish was different

I wouldn't change anything about my experience because I truly enjoyed myself.

Advice

This experience is very hands on and will work well with flexibility. This internship deserves a go getter mindset given the atmosphere of how up and down the workday can be but it is so worth the experience.
