The work climate is very relaxed and open. Work attire is very lax, you can wear almost anything you want. Everybody is very friendly and open to training you on stuff you don't know.
What I wish was different
The work climate can be a little chaotic. I enjoyed the challenges, but sometimes I wish things were more stable.
Advice
Ensure you know your stuff and how to act professionally in front of others. Especially the executives.
