This is a difficult job. It is both mentally and emotionally taxing, but it is rewarding to see the children grow and change in the program. Celebrating their successes with them and watching them graduate from the program is one of the best things about the job.

Honestly, nothing I have been having a great experience working here.

Do not be afraid to ask questions or ask to be trained on more clients! Everyone there is super helpful and genuinely wants to see you succeed.
