Their incredible corporate structure decentralizes management and delegates employee management and growth programs to local HR Reps and CEOs. This environment is extremely effective at cultivating leaders and personal growth while still maintaining job growth.
What I wish was different
I wish more positions were available. I would love to retire from this company.
Advice
Focus on how your actions and job duties affect others. In a difficult work environment, what may seem like a minor task to you, can cost someone else hours of work and no one likes to stay late because of someone else's work performance.

What I liked
I loved working in an environment where I could interact with patients. The opportunities to build patient relationships where priceless.
What I wish was different
Healthcare can be very hard due to the amount of people needing care. What I wish I could change is the time we could spend with each patient, the way our clinic is set up does not allow adequate time for patients in my opinion.
Advice
Healthcare is as rewarding as you make it. It is easy to get frustrated with the system or even with patients, but if you care for everyone like you would a family member, your time will be much more enjoyable.
