What I wish was different
Being more in-person which wasn't possible due to location but nevertheless was a great experience.
Advice
Be open to new experiences and challenges within the workplace. It never know what comes from it.

I love the ability to work directly in an area of need right out of college where I can apply the skills I learned with children who consistently give me energy that I’ve never felt before
