The ability to work with girls on an ongoing basis with the intent to boost their courage, confidence and character.
What I wish was different
More time spent with girls, less busy work.
Advice
It’s not for everyone, but if you like working with kids, have a drive to empower girls, and love the outdoors, this is probably a great fit!
