It was a fun job with an interactive atmosphere. It was pretty routine and everyday looked the same when you were there. I also had the opportunity to be a swim instruction for swim lessons.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more staff members so certain days didn't have lower staff than others.
Advice
Take every opportunity you have to improve your skill set while in your position. Teaching swim lessons allowed me to work with kids of all ages and skill levels and multi-task as well as plan lessons every day.
