The Illinois Department of Human Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our dedicated team at the Elizabeth Packard Mental Health Center in Springfield, IL. This is your chance to play a vital role in improving the well-being of individuals through specialized dietary care.

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Plan and direct therapeutic diets tailored to individual needs
• Interpret diet prescriptions and oversee menu preparation
• Conduct nutrition education for staff and ensure dietary compliance
• Perform quality assurance checks and maintain sanitation standards
• Collaborate in treatment planning for individuals receiving care

📚 What We’re Looking For:
• Completion of four (4) years of college with courses in dietetics
• Current licensure as a dietitian nutritionist in Illinois
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic nutrition and a commitment to patient care
