Now Hiring:

• Paraprofessionals
• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

What You Will Do:

• Must be open to a staggered start when school year begins 
• Must be open to standard, full-time placements AND working as a strategic substitute
• Schedule is Monday to Friday, 0-30 hours/week*
• Daily is 0-6 billable hours (working 6+ hours, a 30-minute unpaid break)
• Grade Levels: K-Adult Transition (up to age 22)
• Many assignments are medically fragile and could require Para/RBT to administer DIASTAT for seizures, assist with g-tube feeding, toilet, diaper, and administer medication in emergency situations (as trained by School Nurse). 
• Assignments could include AM bus support, 1:1 and/or classroom support. Duties could include but are not limited to:
  • supporting the student(s) as needed
  • assisting with assignments/providing general academic support
  • providing behavioral support and intervention
  • assisting the Teacher(s) and/or Para(s) in the classroom as needed
  • providing bus support if needed.
• Travel between school sites may be required when floating/covering vacancies. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be open to CPI training; CPI training will be mandatory and provided to candidates within the first 3 months of their employment if they are not already certified.
• Active RBT certification (for RBT roles)
• School-based experience preferred
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a plus
