Job Essential Duties:

• Payment Processing: Record and process incoming payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card transactions.

• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

• Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing issues.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update customer accounts as needed.

• Reporting: Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.

• Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer payments.
