Material Handler

Our company is seeking a Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in material handling and operating a forklift. As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of materials within our warehouse and working in the manufacturing facility to supply needed materials.

Responsibilities:

- Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse and to the manufacturing facility as needed.

- Load and unload trucks and containers

- Receive and process incoming materials

- Pick and pack orders for shipment

- Maintain accurate inventory records

- Perform cycle counts

- Keep the warehouse clean and organized

- Set-Up / Operate Stock Cutting Machines

- Ensure Point of Use racks are stocked appropriately

- Fulfill production requirements

- May cover shipping and receiving duties as needed.

- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

- Regular and reliable attendance

Requirements

 Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in material handling and forklift operation

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Salary Description

$17-$18/hr w/weekly bonuses = $35K - $55K Annual
