Customer Experience Intern

Profile Summary:

Support the development and delivery of Customer Experience (CX) projects in collaboration with CX team leads and business owners. This role offers an opportunity to assist with various tasks and own a few projects, contributing to the overall success of the CX initiatives.

Profile Description:

Provide general project support for Directors and Consultants.

Conduct ad-hoc Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis and prepare reports.

Assist with meeting facilitation, journey mapping, gap analysis, persona development as needed

Develop CX content for the Advancing Customer Centricity Hub on Voya 360.

Conduct customer and industry research.

Create a centralized location and system to archive and share CX artifacts

Other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Experience:

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in psychology, business, marketing, strategy, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to customer-centric projects.
