(All rates offered are based on position, years of applicable experience, and employment type. Rate ranges include options for per diems with no benefits and Independent Contractors.)

As a Physical Therapist, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Identifying and meeting patients’ goals and needs
• Offering cost-effective treatments to enhance motion and mobility
• Reducing the need for medications and providing alternatives to surgery
• Developing personalized care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
• Creating fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to individual needs
• Delivering quality, evidence-based care with proven interventions
• Motivating patients during treatment to help them function at their best
• Promoting healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
• Collaborating with other health professionals
• Evaluating progress and documenting patient care services

Job Requirements:

• Valid CT State PT License
• Master’s degree from an accredited physical therapy school
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
