Compensation: $185,000–$625,000 base salary, plus bonuses and signing incentives

Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license
Minimum 2 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience
Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
Experience drafting motions and conducting depositions
Trial experience is a strong plus
Hunger to grow, build, and win
What You’ll Do:
Handle serious injury cases from intake through resolution
Draft complaints, motions, and trial materials
Take and defend depositions, including experts
Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
Collaborate with in-house teams to develop top-tier case strategies
Communicate with clients and guide them through the process
What We Offer:
Base salary of $185,000 to $625,000, depending on experience
