Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers inside retail stores to educate them about the benefits of going solar.
• Generate interest and qualify homeowners for a free consultation with our solar experts.
• Represent the VITL Power brand professionally and positively within our retail partner locations.
• Participate in daily training sessions to sharpen your outreach and communication skills.
• Maintain accurate lead information and appointment records using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’re comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is highly valued.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation:

• 100% Commission-Based Pay Structure.
• Earn commissions for each qualified appointment set that result in sales.
