Pioneer Systems is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented college student to join our Panel Shop team this summer. This hands-on role involves assisting with the assembly of remotes and control panels, basic wiring tasks, and reading schematics. You’ll be working alongside experienced technicians and gaining practical experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Help assemble remote controls and electrical control panels
• Assist with basic wiring and layout work
• Read and interpret electrical schematics with guidance
• Use common hand tools to complete tasks
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Positive attitude and readiness to take on a variety of tasks
