Are you passionate about fostering learning and development in the workplace? Join our People Operations Team as a Learning & Development Intern! In this role, you’ll have the chance to work alongside a team of experienced professionals committed to developing impactful training programs that support our organizational mission.
As a Learning & Development Intern, you will report directly to the Director of Organizational and Leadership Development. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing a range of learning solutions. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative environment where your contributions can make a real impact.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Content Development: Contribute to the creation of engaging, effective training content, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Develop eLearning Content: Support the design and development of engaging eLearning modules, using tools and platforms to create interactive online learning experiences.
- Assist in Instructor-Led Training Facilitation: Participate in the preparation and facilitation of instructor-led training sessions, supporting facilitators and ensuring smooth session delivery.
- Evaluation & Feedback: Participate in evaluating training programs through feedback analysis, helping to continuously improve the learner experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, documentation, and communication tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our L&D initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:
- Passion for Learning and Development: A strong interest in L&D, instructional design, or organizational development.
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Project Management Skills: Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and willing to learn new software platforms used in the L&D field.
