Intern, Finance & Accounting
The goal of this internship is to gain hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end closing activities.
Essential Position Duties & Responsibilities:
- Use a 3-way match to validate invoices: PO, Invoice, Receiver
- Code vendor invoices as needed
- Process vendor invoices into Visual
- Prepare proposals for vendor payments
- Code AR payments
- Assist with closing activities in Visual and in Excel.
Education and Experience:
Pursuing an education in Accounting or Finance
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to access and navigate the production facility.
