Litigation Associate

Sauder Schelkopf is accepting applications for a litigation associate with at least 2 years of litigation experience. The candidate will join a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ class action and personal injury law firm. Candidates should have attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and excellent research and writing skills. Experience in federal court and/or class action experience is preferred but not required. The firm offers a competitive compensation and bonus structure. Remote work will also be considered.

Sauder Schelkopf is a national class action and personal injury law firm. The firm’s attorneys currently serve as court-appointed lead counsel in courts across the country. The attorneys at Sauder Schelkopf have recovered over $1 billion on behalf of their clients and class members. The firm’s practice areas include Consumer Protection, Employee Rights, Automotive Defect, Civil Rights & Social Justice, Sexual Misconduct & Gender Discrimination, and Product Defect. The National Law Journal’s Elite Trial Lawyers named Sauder Schelkopf as the Products Liability Practice Group of the Year for 2024. Location

The Firm's office is located in Berwyn, PA. Remote candidates will be considered.
