Salary: $21 / hr

About Us:
Alaskan Fish Factory is a leading seafood processing facility dedicated to delivering high-quality halibut and salmon products to markets worldwide. We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Fish Plant Processors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Offload fresh halibut from fishing vessel and package for shipping according to company and industry standards
- Offload fresh salmon, assist in processing to remove heads and guts and package according to company and industry standards
- Operate processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure food quality and workplace safety
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, cold, and wet environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous seafood processing experience is an asset but not required (training provided)
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment (rain gear and boots to be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
