Position Overview
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Retail Sales and Marketing Associate. This role is ideal for recent grads or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience engaging customers in retail partner locations, gaining sales and marketing skills, and advancing their careers.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales goals through in-person customer engagement at retail partner locations

Provide product demonstrations and assist customers on the sales floor

Build and maintain customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business

Identify new business opportunities through outreach, research, and customer referrals

Track and report sales metrics using CRM and internal systems

Collaborate closely with team members and management to align on goals and strategies

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation

Base Pay: $500/week ($12.50/hour based on 40 hours)

Uncapped commission structure

Average Weekly Earnings: $1,000–$1,300 (base + commission)
