My name is Mindy Murray, owner of Kauai Therapy & Wellness in beautiful Northern Idaho area; Sandpoint and Ponderay. We're a patient-focused, tight-knit team, I love God & enjoy loving & praying w/staff & pts at times, and we're currently on the lookout for a dynamic, empathetic, and dedicated Physical Therapist to join us on our mission to make a significant difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with various musculoskeletal injuries
• Create individualized treatment plans to address specific patient needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care
• Educate patients about their treatment plans and overall health and wellness
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required
• 40-60 min one on one treatments
• Virtual PT visits as well ie; see your pts in the comfort of your home with our trained therapy aide present with your pt in the clinic setting - there to assist you.

Requirements:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Idaho
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to varying patient needs
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics is a plus but not required
• Bring a big smile to pass around :)
