The Human Resources Intern will leverage education and people skills to assist in pushing forward several HR projects and initiatives. They will work closely with several specialists in the department on projects across a broad scope. They will have the chance to showcase their business knowledge while gaining real world experience of the inner workings of the HR department and develop their business acumen.

- Engagement Survey Execution
- Internship Program Enhancements
- Total Reward Benchmarking / Market Analysis
- Onboarding Program Design
- HR Scorecard Analytics and Action Development
- Policy Development Assistance
- Performance Appraisals
- Merit Process
- Facilitation, development, and improvement of Employee Learning Programs
Qualification:
- Must be enrolled in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Business Management or relevant degree program.
- Knowledge of occupational safety and health principles and practices
- Analytical skills evidenced by examples of good decision making
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects and activities
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities; ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Ability to present materials in a clear, concise manner
- Ability to use computer software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to be engaged in the workplace.
- Above all a positive, outgoing, friendly personality to encourage positive company culture.
