Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Chinese/English)
Wonton Food Inc., a leader in food manufacturing, is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Service Department. Candidate must be a highly organized, self starter with excellent communication skills.
DUTIES
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person with a hospitable approach in helping them with their queries about our products and services, take orders or cancel accounts, direct calls / queries / complaints to the appropriate department / personnel.
- Maintain proper records of all the transactions / sales / complaints / orders / cancellations that have taken place, and ensure proper follow-up as and when required.
- Provide timely solutions to the customer queries and complaints, notify them of results and any planned adjustments.
- Keep constant contact with customer to ensure products will be produced and delivered adhere to schedule.
- Keep constant contact with existing vendors to ensure services will be provided adhere to schedule and explore new sourcing to stay competitive.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel with inventory and pick/delivery of customers’ orders.
- Retain the existing customers by building rapport and providing customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with warehouse / production to ensure all inventory transactions are accurately logged and assist the same to manage the inventory cycle counts and conduct audit to validate result as and when required.
- Coordinate with accounting to ensure all fleet transactions are accurately logged and assist the same to conduct audit to validate result as and when required.
- Carry out all orders of the supervisors efficiently.
- Compliance in accordance with all food & industrial safety regulations of the plant.
- Coordinate work with fellow workers and other team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
- Basic arithmetic, reading and writing skills
- Ability to efficiently coordinate works with internal and external workers of the company
- Should have the ability to work in a team and multi-task
- Should be able to complete all assigned work efficiently
- Should possess time management skills and be able to meet targets
- Should possess good customer service skills
