Front of House Events Coordinator Externship – Johnston & Wales Students

Position: Front of House Events Coordinator Extern
Location: Eagles Mere County Club
Compensation: $12–$14 per hour (Housing can be arranged)
Hours: 34 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in event planning and execution, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service
  • Set up and break down events, managing logistics and guest experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to enhance their experience
  • Maintain organization of event materials, seating charts, and schedules
  • Support administrative tasks related to event coordination and vendor communication
  • Adhere to service standards and assist with staff training when needed
