Field Service Technician
- Provide service and customer support during each field visit.
- Tie workflow to Google Calendar schedule on a daily basis.
- Peform installation, repair, maintenance, and testing on equipment.
- Diagnose bottom diffuser aeration and floating fountains
- Produce timely and detailed service reports every week.
- Complete and turn in TDA (Texas Department of Agriculture) application reports
- Operate company vehicle in a safe manner and use good judgment.
- Mechanical abilities and experience with boats, trucks, trailers and equipment
- Self-starter, problem-solver, detail-oriented, safety conscious, listens well, takes direction.
- Passion for the outdoors
- Valid Texas Drivers License.
- English literacy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
- Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
