Front Desk Agent

Front Desk  agents are the first and last points of contact for our guests.  They will answer phones and take reservations for both the hotel and the restaurant, check guests in and out, respond to guest requests and needs, communicate with other departments, complete retail transactions, serve as a resource for hotel amenities and local activities and other duties as assigned.  

Reports to the Front Desk Manager/s. Candidates must have excellent customer service and computer skills, be able to learn quickly and multi-task. 

Morning and evening shifts available (6 am- midnight). Seasonal on-site housing is available for full time employees.
