At the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, our primary goal is to protect the environment and public health.  We do this by ensuring compliance with federal and state environmental laws.

The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency wants you to be our newest intern in the Division of Environmental Response and Revitalization (DERR) at one of our many locations throughout the State of Ohio.

As a college intern, you'll participate in Ohio EPA's College Intern program by assisting the technical staff with office and field duties, including the following activities:

• Assist with file management, retention, and conversion to electronic format.
• Assist with data entry and records information in geographic databases.
• Assist with pre-inspection research.
• Assist with collection of field data for a variety of sites and types of projects, including photograph collection and management and property status evaluation.
• Assist with collection of field data including verification of GIS coordinates.
• Perform other duties as required.
