Behavioral Health Counselor
Responsibilities
- Provides on-site daily supervision to consumers
- Updates consumers' electronic charts and completes weekly and monthly notes
- Conducts fire drills and ensures our safety standards are followed
- Assists consumers while out in the community on case management
- Monitors consumers' medication self-administration and provides medication education
- Performs crisis intervention as needed
- Encourages participation in social. recreational, and therapeutic activities
