Mental Health Therapist/Social Worker

Join our Integrated Behavioral Health Services team and participate in cutting-edge work in mental illness rehabilitation! We seek a LIMHP, LICSW, LMHP, LCSW, or PLMHP.

This individual would serve as a therapist for a 16-bed psychiatric residential program. Tasks include working with a multidisciplinary team, creating treatment plans and individual sessions, leading groups, completing paperwork, and assisting with the unit's therapeutic milieu.

Applicants should expect to be actively involved in client treatment and treatment planning. Be able to advocate for client needs and give guidance to nonclinical staff.

Experience is preferred; however, we will work with someone wanting to learn about serving a vastly underserved population.

Integrated Behavioral Health Services provides Outpatient Therapy, Community Support, Day Rehabilitation, Psychiatric Residential Rehabilitation, and secure residential.

Job Type: Full-time 
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
