Realty Specialist
- The employee must have the ability to utilize computer equipment and software applications to input, manipulate, update, and maintain data and request reports.
- The employee must have the ability to read maps, aerial photos, and master title plats. The employee must be able operate a motor vehicle and have the ability to drive a four-wheel drive vehicle.
- Assist in gathering information and data necessary to complete environmental reviews from on-site examinations.
- Review applications and proposals and Plans of Development for accuracy and compliance with established land management and planning regulations and guidance.
- Establish and maintain case files by creating serial numbers, tracking actions on the case, and interactions with operators.
- Employee prepares environmental assessments on routine and non-controversial realty casework.
- Employee leads and/or conducts routine on-site compliance inspection rights-of-way permits, R and PPs and other land use authorizations to assure compliance with stipulations.
