About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Risk Advisor to fuel agency growth by turning leads into loyal customers. Using your Property & Casualty insurance expertise, you’ll guide clients through their insurance needs in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensing Requirements: Must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (assistance provided).
- Insurance Sales Experience: Prior experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales preferred.
- Proven Sales Success: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in any sales environment.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to engage and educate clients.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Dedication to outstanding service and relationship-building.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computer systems, CRMs, and Windows environments.
What You’ll Do:
Build Relationships: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Consultative Sales: Assess risks and provide personalized coverage options.
- Achieve Goals: Partner on marketing strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Teamwork: Thrive in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
What We Offer:
- Compensation: Base salary of $40,000–$60,000 per year, plus commission and performance bonuses. High earning potential.
