Duties
Organize, schedule, and execute field studies focused on aquatic resources, including inventory, monitoring, and management, while managing multiple natural resource priorities.
Collect, organize, and ensure quality control of field and lab data, and report information utilizing a variety of computer programs, databases, and formats.
Operate and maintain aquatic and resource management equipment, including motorized and non-motorized watercraft and park water lab.
Record and maintain resource project data using a variety of technologies, including GPS and GIS, and ensure adequate quality control of data.
Prepare a wide variety of correspondence, internal reports, plans, reviews, and other documents from information obtained from field work, data collection, files, and other sources.
Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level.
