Job Description: As a Technical Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues from our internal team (not customer facing), ensuring a seamless and supportive client experience. This role does not involve coding but focuses on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems. You will work under the guidance of seasoned professionals to enhance your technical skills while contributing to our mission of delivering superior service solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
  • Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
  • Walk customers through problem-solving processes.
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of trouble tickets.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.
  • Document knowledge in the form of solution articles for repetitive issues.

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to grasp technical concepts quickly and explain them to others.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Reliable and professional with a keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a technical support role is an advantage but not required.
  • Based in San Diego
