Full-Time Kitchen Workers

Position Summary:

A well renowned global kitchen is opening up branches in the US named Babaz Kitchens as a casual dining concept within Walmart. We are  seeking dedicated and hardworking Full-Time Kitchen Workers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly, handling tasks that include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding a sanitary work environment. This is a full-time position with compensation at minimum wage, offering a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Location:

Walmart, Siloam Springs, Arkansas

Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of food items, following recipes and ensuring food quality and consistency. 

Food Safety and Service: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the kitchen meets regulatory requirements. 

Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, addressing questions and taking orders as needed. 

POS Handling: Operate the point-of-sale system, process orders, and handle transactions accurately. 

Lobby Management: Monitor the dining area, assisting in clearing tables and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. 

Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and surfaces; ensure the workspace is organized and sanitary. 

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, restocking supplies, and notifying management of any shortages. 

Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support kitchen operations and team needs. 

Experience: 

Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required; training will be provided. 

Skills:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

Good customer service skills with a positive attitude 

Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge 

Physical Requirements: 

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in hot environments
