Litigation Attorney
Willis Spangler Starling's Labor and Employment practice group is seeking a litigation attorney with a minimum of 5 years trial experience. The job entails litigating labor and employment cases on behalf of individual employees against employers at all stages of the court process.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, precise, thorough, conscientious about the work performed, and value customer service with clients.
The salary will be competitive and will depend upon years of experience and the candidate’s talent. Discretionary bonuses are considered at year-end evaluations. The benefits package includes group health, vision, and dental insurance with a portion of the premiums paid by the firm; paid time off; short-term and long-term disability benefits; and a 401(k) option with a contribution by the firm that is a percentage of gross salary.
