Are you passionate about aquatic ecosystems, fishery management, and working in Americaβs breathtaking parks? The National Park Service is looking for Biological Science Technicians (Fisheries) to join teams in Yellowstone, Glacier, Grand Teton, Glen Canyon, Curecanti, and more!
ποΈ Seasonal Position: Six-month roles beginning between March-July 2025 (depending on conditions, project needs, and funding). Government housing may be available at some locations.

What Youβll Do:
Support resource management professionals in research, conservation, and management of fishery resources and aquatic ecosystems.
Perform boat inspections to control aquatic nuisance species.
Collect, organize, and assess field data to ensure high-quality samples.
Prepare reports, plans, and resource management guidelines.
Utilize specialized equipment and software to analyze data and support project logistics.
Qualifications: These roles require a mix of technical skill and experience, especially at the GS-7 level, where duties include independently solving complex problems, selecting action plans, and directly influencing resource management projects.
