Cooley Law School, with locations in Michigan and Florida, seeks a Director of Enrollment Data Systems. This position is located at the Lansing, MI campus.

The Director of Enrollment Data Systems manages the Law School’s student information contained in Jenzabar and its portals; use reporting software (InfoMaker and SQL Reporting Services) for student and enrollment data; provide student and enrollment data and reports for compliance activities; provide statistical analysis; and, assist other Administration, Enrollment and Student Services departments and senior leadership with software data systems.

Successful candidates will possess all or many of the following qualifications and/or skills:  Bachelor’s degree required; and, a minimum of 2 years of related experience in data management. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suites, primary data management (Jenzabar), Law School Admissions Council (Unite2), customer relationship management (HubSpot, Raiser’s Edge), career management (Symplicity), and learning management system (Canvas); experience with SQL server, SQL Reporting Services, and InfoMaker; strong report building and statistical analysis skills; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with individuals from a variety of diverse backgrounds; and, the ability to work independently and as a team player, to take initiative, and to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time.
