Responsibilities:
Assists with the maintenance and repair of wastewater systems. Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs to water and sewage lines, pump station equipment, and water and wastewater equipment. Perform and assist with installation and minor repair of electrical equipment. Assist in the painting of building exteriors and interiors, sheds rooms and equipment, which include, but are not limited to: cut grass, trim hedges, rake leaves, plant trees and flowers, remove ice and snow from sidewalks and driveways, and perform minor repairs of grounds equipment. Subject to 24-hour call-back/stand-by to perform emergency maintenance and repair after normal working hours, on nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D., and a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a maintenance position, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Possession of a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record. CDL B License required.
