Are you passionate about making a lasting impact on youth and families? Join our dynamic team as a Dialectical Behavioral Therapist!
As the Dialectical Behavioral Therapist you will provide individual therapy to a diverse caseload of clients, co-facilitate therapeutic groups, and offer family therapy when needed. You’ll work closely with both clients and their external support systems to ensure comprehensive care, while also being part of a supportive team that values supervision and case collaboration.
Seneca offers weekly individual and group supervision toward licensure hours, free CEUs, free trainings to improve clinical skills, and yearly scholarship opportunities for professional development.
“Being on the DBT team just one year has enhanced my clinical skills and has shown me how effective DBT can be for our youth and their families. It's incredibly rewarding to see our clients use these skills, increase connection to their families, and increase their connection to what's important in their lives, or as DBT says, what makes their "life worth living.”
