Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Full time position available for a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in our Cardiopulmonary Diagnostics and Rehabilitation Department.  The Clinical Exercise Physiologist duties include the opportunity to work in both rehabilitation and cardiac diagnostic service lines. The rehabilitation service lines include Cardiac, Pulmonary, PAD, and chronic disease management programs. The cardiac diagnostic service lines include cardiac stress tests, 12-lead EKGs, and cardiac monitors. Exercise physiology staff independently supervise cardiac stress tests including Treadmill Graded Exercise Tests, Treadmill/Supine Bike/Dobutamine Stress Echocardiograms, and Cardiolite Nuclear Stress Tests.

Hours for this Clinical Exercise Physiologist position are Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.  No call, holidays or weekends.

The qualified Clinical Exercise Physiologist will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology with an emphasis on Cardiac Rehabilitation.  BLS and ACLS certifications required. AACVPR Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional and ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification required within one year.  An enhanced benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, Paid Time Off and a 401k savings plan!
