Position Overview:
Ready for an unforgettable summer? As a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Echo Lake, you’ll be the heart of the camp experience! You’ll lead campers in fun activities like swimming, hiking, sports, and arts & crafts while building amazing connections. It’s more than a job—you’ll develop leadership skills, enjoy the great outdoors, and make lifelong friends. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide campers in daily activities, ensuring their safety
  • Lead and participate in camp activities such as sports, arts & crafts, nature hikes, and swimming
  • Build strong, positive relationships with campers and fellow staff members
  • Help manage group dynamics, resolve conflicts, and support campers’ personal growth
  • Serve as a positive role model and promote camp values of teamwork, respect, and adventure

Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and responsible
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Enjoy working with children in an outdoor setting
  • Ability to work as part of a team and handle challenges with a positive attitude
  • Previous experience working with children or in a camp setting is a plus, but not required
  • Must be available for the full duration of camp

Salary Rage - 2500 - 3500 + Travel Stipend
