We have a potential vacancy for a Paralegal IV supporting the US Attorney's Office (USAO).
The USAO serves as the nation's principal litigators under the direction of the Attorney General. The Asset Forfeiture Section at the USAO is responsible for the prosecution of both criminal and civil actions against property used or acquired during illegal activity.

Requirements:

- Be a US citizen
- Be able to pass Financial, Criminal, Education, and Work background checks in order to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Access
- Possess a Paralegal Certificate
- Have supervisory experience
- Have hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, database, spreadsheet, and telecommunications
- Have at least three years of paralegal experience including some trial related experience, with a working knowledge of legal systems, legal research procedures, and sources of information
