Nonprofit Technical Assistance VISTA
The Nonprofit Technical Assistance VISTA will enhance regional nonprofits' capacity by identifying barriers, connecting them to essential resources, and addressing gaps. Working with the Strategic Response Team and technical assistance workgroup, the VISTA will assess ongoing needs, compile a resource database, and support communications to engage stakeholders. This role includes planning and executing capacity-building workshops and events, collaborating with experts to deliver relevant training, and partnering with the United Way Project Equity team to develop strategic next steps for the initiative. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a commitment to social equity, and experience in nonprofit work or event planning.
