A career in our Managed Services practice offers you the opportunity to learn and contribute to helping our clients optimize their talent strategies. You will support our team in delivering valuable global mobility services which help businesses streamline and manage their global mobile workforce programs. In this internship, you will gain exposure to areas such as international assignee management, human resources, payroll, finance, and mobility policy consulting.
Our team focuses on evaluating and managing the unique challenges that come with global mobility. As a Managed Services Intern, you’ll assist with day-to-day operations and learn about workforce operations and management, contributing to creating sustainable value for clients by helping to manage their global talent.
Job Responsibilities
- As an Intern, you’ll support a team of professionals, working on real-world business challenges from strategy to execution. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the coordination and management of international assignments and relocations.
- Supporting the preparation of reports and analysis related to global mobility policies and compliance.
- Learning about and contributing to payroll, tax, and immigration processes in global mobility contexts.
- Conducting research on global mobility trends and best practices.
- Helping with day-to-day tasks such as data entry, report generation, and communications with clients or vendors.
- Helping to identify opportunities for process improvements and support the development of innovative solutions.
- Participating in team meetings and discussions to develop an understanding of client needs and business processes.
Job Requirements and Preferences:
Minimum Degree Required: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
Preferred Cumulative GPA: 3.0 or higher
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interest in global mobility, human resources, tax, or finance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Google Workspace.
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Learning Opportunities:

- Compensation: $23.56 - $30.10/hour. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
