Private Credit Portfolio Specialist
Getting To Know the Opportunity:
This role is a part of our Voya Investment Management Entry Level Program. This program, which will begin in July 2025, is designed to develop the careers of entry level employees and provide you with the unique opportunity to begin your investment career while gaining hands-on experience and on-the-job development and training. The Portfolio Specialist will be part of the Voya Private Credit Team and is responsible for supporting the senior portfolio managers and analysts in client portfolio management tasks, communication with clients on portfolio information, performance attribution, completing assigned tasks and workflows within the team, and the development of investment, product, and marketing materials. Please Note: This position has been designated as a hybrid-office/home role. Details of your in-office schedule will be finalized with your manager.
The Contributions You'll Make:
Client Portfolio Management – assist the team as they:
Make investment decisions on behalf of third-party clients, in line with investment guidelines
Maintaining client portfolios and tracking investment results
Onboarding new client relationships across the team’s proprietary portfolio management systems
Communication with internal and external clients on capital market analysis, individual portfolio holding updates, and portfolio performance
Marketing Strategy and Client Portfolio Reporting:
Assist Portfolio Managers in quarterly client portfolio review meetings by providing detailed portfolio analysis, including performance attribution analysis
Reviewing, and finalizing client portfolio reports
Assisting the team’s administrator in scheduling client on-site meetings including the organization and coordination amongst internal Voya attendees
Partner with marketing in creating high quality investment strategy presentations on a quarterly and ad-hoc basis
Assist the dedicated Private & Alternative CPMs with internal and external client inquiries including customized reports, ad-hoc client requests, and RFPs with strict deadlines
Assist Institutional Insurance Solutions Sales team in curating customized report requests and pitch books for potential client mandates
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
Applicants should be graduating with an undergraduate degree in the December 2024/Spring 2025
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field, willingness to pursue a CFA designation
