Capital Partners Marketing and Sales Strategy
Capital Partners Marketing & Sales Strategy strives to build upon the BBH brand through experiences, thought leadership and community, and to support business development teams in growing the PB business and expanding the BBH ecosystem. Specific areas within PB Marketing and Sales Strategy include:
- Brand (advertising, public relations, etc.)
- Events and sponsorships
- Sales enablement (partnership with business development teams to attract new opportunities)
- Lead generation
- Client experience
- Marketing operations

What can you expect from an internship with BBH’s Capital Partners Marketing and Sales Strategy team?
- You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to various areas of Marketing, including content creation, magazine production, social media, event creation and hosting, email marketing, metrics and dashboards as well as the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns for client segments.
- You will be instrumental in the execution of initiatives and projects dedicated to current business needs that will have an immediate impact on client acquisition, service and support.
- You will interact with all levels of the organization including senior leadership in the support of these initiatives.
- Your responsibilities will vary but will include activities like: conducting research for content, proofreading articles for publication in print, turning long-form contenting into engaging social media posts, working with the web team to publish content and webinars on BBH.com and online event planning. You will be developing and implementing a set of marketing metrics for senior management.
- Your responsibilities will also include conducting research to uncover potential prospect leads as well as working with the Sales Enablement team to create customized new business materials and strategies for complex prospect engagements.
- We will ask you to participate with idea generation and brainstorming as we develop marketing campaigns and business development strategies.

What BBH’s Marketing and Sales Strategy team is looking for in an intern:
- Currently a junior in college, entering senior year in Fall of 2025
- Strong academic achievement as evidenced through a GPA of 3.3 or higher
- Demonstrated leadership skills through academic and extracurricular activities
- Strong interest in businesses and financial markets
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically
- Sound judgment and demonstrated ability to identify, escalate and resolve a problem
- Ability to prioritize competing demands
- Demonstrated passion for teamwork and success
- PC proficiency, specifically in MS Office
