Responsibilities

  • Onboarding: Educate customers how our solution program works (via zoom meetings, phone conversations) and help make the enrollment using our state of the art SaleXP software.
  • Support: Handle incoming requests efficiency and clarity.
  • Engagement: Use data to track your numbers behavior and drive them for better results.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with customers to drive engagement and work hard to meet better result weekly.
  • Work with Product, our public relation team and other sales teams to understand key product benefits and functionality.
  • Provide the best customer experience we possibly can to our customers.

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical, communications, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid work ethic and a strong customer focus
  • Must be adaptable, innovative, and a team player.
  • Must be organized, persuasive, determined to drive success.
  • Working knowledge of sales operations including data/reports, call planning, and sales tactics is a plus

At Globe Life: American Income Division, we provide and protect the short term and long term financial assets of members to Unions, Credit Unions, and over 30,000 labor associations such as: Police, Teachers, Firefighters, and Veterans.  We operate 100%  remote and we're also the official corporate sponsor of the Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Braves, Texas Rangers, and the Special Olympics with Football Club Dallas.

 

This role will require a License in both: Life and Health, Accident and Sickness. If you already have a license please inform our hiring directors if they reach out to you. If you're not licensed that's okay too because we provide our own licensing process in which we help you daily. We are looking to fill our positions fairly quickly so after you apply, be on the lookout for a same day if not next day follow up from one of our hiring directors.
