As we continue to grow, we’re excited to invite new team members to join our commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services. We’re currently hiring for various positions across multiple locations, both in-clinic (Downers Grove) and in-home (Western Suburbs of Chicago/DuPage).
About the Role
This interactive position involves working with young clients (ages 3–15) and educating families about their treatment plans. You will collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement programs. While prior experience in special needs, psychology, or social services is a plus, we welcome applicants from related fields who are eager to learn. We provide on-the-job training and cover the costs for your RBT certification through the BACB.
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates should have:
- A background in psychology, social services, or related fields
- Familiarity with working with children
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- A collaborative spirit and a calm presence in challenging situations
Key Responsibilities
- Learn about home and clinic-based ABA (ongoing training provided)
- Collaborate with the care team (RBT, Lead RBT, BCBA, Clinical Director)
- Observe, track, and record client progress
- Assist in implementing various treatment programs
- Maintain consistent attendance at scheduled sessions
Qualifications
- For RBT Certification: A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 6 months of experience in a relevant role.
- For Non-RBT Candidates: Experience in childcare or a paraprofessional setting; RBT certification is required within 6 months of hire (training provided).
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation to sessions
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. and in the State of Illinois
- First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Schedule
- Work around your classes! - Before, after, school and evening shifts, Monday to Friday. Additional availability on Saturday in the clinic setting.
